What this is
The Señorío de Aloha Owners’ Document Archive is a neutral, public resource maintained by owners of Conjunto Señorío de Aloha (248 apartments, 5 buildings, Nueva Andalucía, Marbella).
It collects, translates, and indexes every document officially distributed by the community administrator — so that all owners can read, search, and reference the community’s official record in their own language.
What it contains
- AGM and EGM minutes — verbatim or summarised from official minutes distributed after each meeting.
- Financial documents — approved budgets and annual audit reports.
- Bylaws and regulations — the community’s governing documents.
- President’s newsletters — official communications distributed to all owners.
- Technical reports — engineering or survey documents distributed by the administrator.
Every document listed here was officially distributed by the administrator to all owners. The archive contains only these documents — nothing more.
What it does not contain
- Opinions, editorialising, or campaign materials of any kind.
- Internal forensic notes or working documents.
- The INTEMAC engineering report (not distributed to all owners).
- Meeting recordings or unofficial transcripts.
- Any document not already in owners’ hands via official channels.
Neutrality discipline
Summaries describe what documents say — they never evaluate, criticise, or editorialize. Numbers are exact. Adjectives that imply judgement are excluded. Direct quotes from source documents are clearly marked.
Translations
Translated documents carry a clear disclaimer: “Unofficial translation — the Spanish original is the legal document.” Translations are machine-assisted and human-reviewed where noted.
