Message from the president

Dear owners,

As we close out 2021, I am writing to review the main matters affecting our community.

Year review

The first half of 2021 was shaped by pandemic-related restrictions which affected use of communal facilities. From the second half of the year, community activity progressively returned to normal.

Maintenance and improvements

The routine maintenance works planned in the budget were carried out, along with various communal area improvements approved at the 2021 AGM.

2022 AGM

The Ordinary General Meeting for the 2021 financial year will be convened during Q1 2022.
