Message from the president

Dear owners,

As 2022 draws to a close, I am writing to update you on the main matters affecting our community.

Maintenance and repairs

During 2022, routine maintenance works were carried out, along with various minor repairs in communal areas. All works were completed within the budget approved at the 2022 AGM.

Communal living

The general level of communal living has been satisfactory. All owners are reminded of the importance of observing the internal regulations, particularly regarding pool and communal area hours.

2023 AGM

The Ordinary General Meeting for the 2022 financial year will be convened during Q1 2023.
