Message from the president
Dear owners,
As 2023 draws to a close, I am pleased to write to you with an update on the most relevant matters affecting our community.
Maintenance works
The scheduled maintenance works for the 2023 financial year have been completed, including review of pool facilities before the summer opening and routine upkeep of the garden areas.
Renewal of service contracts
During Q4, the main community service contracts were reviewed and renewed for 2024, ensuring continuity of service quality.
2024 AGM
The Ordinary General Meeting for the 2023 financial year will be convened during Q1 2024.
