Message from the president
Dear owners,
As the 2024 financial year draws to a close, I am writing to summarise the main matters that have shaped our community’s life during the year.
Maintenance and minor works
During 2024, the routine maintenance of gardens, pools, and communal areas planned in the approved budget has been carried out. Reported incidents have been addressed within the usual timeframes.
Reserve fund
At the close of the financial year, the reserve fund stands within the limits established by current regulations. Full details will appear in the audit report to be presented at the 2025 AGM.
2025 AGM — save the date
The Ordinary General Meeting for the 2024 financial year is scheduled for March 2025. The formal notice will be distributed with the required notice period.
