Message from the president
Dear owners,
As we close another year, I write to update you on the main matters affecting our community.
Rehabilitation programme — façade works
Following the structural survey distributed in October, the board has commissioned an architect to develop detailed designs for the rehabilitation of all five building façades. The design phase is expected to complete by February 2026. The board will present the programme and financing options at the 2026 AGM.
No expenditure commitment has been made at this stage beyond the design fee.
Security — new provider from January 2026
Following a competitive tender, the board has selected a new security provider. The contract begins 1 January 2026. The new provider will maintain the same patrol schedule as the existing contract.
Maintenance update
The communal pool was closed for the winter as planned on 30 October and will reopen in May 2026. Garden maintenance continues normally. The lift in Building C has been serviced and is fully operational.
2026 AGM — save the date
The Ordinary General Meeting for the 2025 financial year is scheduled for 21 March 2026. A formal convocation will be distributed 15 days in advance.
