Constitution and quorum
The Extraordinary General Meeting was held on 15 January 2026 at second call, with sufficient quorum.
Item 1 — Façade rehabilitation contract
Following presentation of the technical project and the budget from the awarded company, the Meeting approved the signing of the construction contract.
Approved by 183 votes in favour, 10 against, 3 abstentions.
Item 2 — Collective loan
To finance the portion of rehabilitation costs not covered by the ordinary special levy, the Meeting approved the signing of a collective loan of €500,000 over a period of 10 years.
Approved by 179 votes in favour, 15 against, 2 abstentions.
Item 3 — Appointment of project manager
The Meeting appointed the proposed technical architect to carry out the functions of project manager during the execution of the works.
Approved by 196 votes in favour, 0 against, 0 abstentions.
