Notice of Meeting
The Board of Directors of Comunidad de Propietarios Conjunto Señorío de Aloha hereby calls all owners to an Extraordinary General Meeting with the following agenda:

First call: 18:00
Second call: 18:30
Venue: Meeting room, Conjunto Señorío de Aloha
Agenda
- Presentation and approval of the works contract for the rehabilitation of the five building façades.
- Approval of supplementary financing through a collective loan.
- Appointment of project manager.
- Any other business.
Owners unable to attend may delegate their vote to another owner in writing, pursuant to the Law of Horizontal Property.
Technical documentation (design, budget, and loan terms) is available for inspection at the administrator’s offices.
